Q: Do we charge for our estimates?
A: No, we do not charge for estimates for your home improvement projects.
Q: Do we charge for our roof evaluations?
A:No, we do not charge for your roof evaluation. As a matter of fact, if we think you have enough weather damage to your roof, we’ll assist you through the process of getting your roof replaced with your home owner’s insurance company.
Q: Once you have come to my home, how long does it take to get an estimate?
A:Normally about 1 hour. We want to be respectful of our client’s time while discussing their home improvement project.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A:Yes. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
Q: Do you offer financing?
A:Yes. We do offer ways to finance your home improvement project.
Q: Are you licensed and insured?
A:Yes. When we come to your home we will leave you a copy of our license, insurance, and references.
Q: How long does it take to install windows?
A:Depending on the complexity of the job we can install windows in most homes in one day.
Q: How long does it take to install siding?
A:On an average size home, it generally takes 1-2 weeks.
Q: What colors do you have available?
A:Almost any color you could want.
Q: How long does your warranty last?
A:Every job we do comes with a 2 year workmanship warranty, manufacturer warranty on the products we install, and we’ll match the manufacturers product warranty with our labor warranty on the products we install giving you a true low maintenance product.
Q: Are you a member of the Better Business Bureau?
A:Yes. We became a participating member In January 2012. Per the BBB rules we became an accredited member on November 1st, 2012.
Q: Are your crews supervised?
A:Yes. Our owner Mike Stinnett and/or our project managers will oversee your home improvement project from start to finish.
Window FAQ
LoE Coatings – There are 2 types of LoE coatings today, a soft coat and hard coat. Most window manufacturers use a soft coat. There are differences in soft coat LoE coatings. Most window installation companies will sell window products with a 2 coat LoE. We understand the importance of blocking out the solar heat. That is why we give you 3 coat LoE replacement window products.
Double Pane Insulated Glass Spacers – We have 2 choices to offer.
- Intercept Spacer – extremely durable U-Channel spacer is cushioned by hot melt butyl seal creating a warm edge minimizing heat transfer.
- SuperSpacer – Insulating silicone foam spacer provides the warmest edge temperature in the industry, up to 16 degrees warmer than other spacers.
