Mike Stinnett began his career at a small lumber yard in Kansas City, KS, where he continued onto management positions with home improvement retail stores. Mike has worked for manufacturers of home improvement products and for several companies that manufactured window and door products such as Andersen Windows, Peachtree Doors and Windows, and NT Window, where he has serviced and trained sales representatives for countless home improvement companies with success. After being tagged by the economy in 2011, Mike and his wife Cindy thought with the experience in the home improvement industry why not begin his own home improvement company with the products he knows best? That is why Windows and More installs replacement windows, exterior doors, vinyl siding, guttering, patio covers, roofing and more in Central Arkansas and surrounding areas.

Mike traveled around the country training companies like his on “how to treat homeowners fairly and how to do it profitably. Mike is well thought of in the industry and is recognized by many people as one of the most friendly and knowledgable.

Having been in the local small hardware business for many years it was a natural transition to go into the home improvement industry. This is a fast growing industry and with more and more older homes in the area it should remain that way. As office manager for Windows and More, David loves to wait on customers and set up appointments for our clients. David loves working at Windows and More because it’s a family business and they really care about their employees and clients. David has lived in the Cabot area for over 40 years and has a wife, 5 kids, 5 grand kids, 2 dogs, and 1 cat. In his spare time David loves to watching football and spending time with his family.

I am a construction sales professional with 12 years experience in the construction industry from interior remodeling to exterior renovation. I started out working in my family’s business where I learned the basics of quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and superior customer service. During my 5 year break from construction I pursued a sales and marketing degree while working for the Better Business Bureau of Arkansas. Coming back to the construction industry I want to help homeowners find reasonable solutions to their needs and wants by combining customer service skills I learned working at the Better Business Bureau and a consultative sales approach. I simply help people find their best solutions for their current situation.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, cats and two massive lap dogs.

I have lived in Cabot my entire life and have a wonderful family of 3 boys and 1 girl. In my spare time I enjoy shopping and spending time at the farm.
