3. Contract and deposit

Once you're ready, you'll sign a contract and pay a 50% deposit. The balance is due upon installation.

4. Permits

We order materials and help with any required permits.

5. Construction

Our crew builds your patio cover or screen room with minimal disruption to your home and yard.

6. Cleanup and final walkthrough

We clean up the job site, walk through the finished space with you, and provide your closeout and warranty paperwork.
